Our team works fast, like yours does too. We're distributed globally, and we're 100% remote. This means that often we're pinging in Slack and trying to get, well, work done.

One day, Austin (our backend engineer) said: "S***t is falling through the cracks and I'm only one man who just had a daughter — but I have an idea."

That's really how it all started! From that day on we just kept adding things that were useful, incrementally, that we actually used: Posthog, Datadog, Slack, RepoAccess. Then we slowly expanded his permissions, like suggesting A/B tests.

Now we want to release him to all the other teams, just like ours.
